KSA Fundraiser Spring Greek Dinner at NYC

Almost sixty Nawiliwili Yacht Club members and friends gathered Sunday evening, 10 April, in the NYC Clubroom. We feasted on superb Greek food including fresh Kaua`i lamb grilled on a spit right outside the clubhouse, Greek Salad, Tzatziki, Oven Roasted Potatoes, Vegetarian Mousaka, and Loukoumades, all freshly prepared by Peter the Greek (aka Peter Vekinis) and Bobbie Habermann. There was lighthearted fellowship among old and new friends as we enjoyed dinner and conversation with Greek music playing in the background. The over $1000.00 profit will support Youth Sailing through the Kaua`i Sailing Association (KSA). The weather was perfect as we arrived and as the evening ended, with a bit of rain during dinner.
